In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required.


Theme Support

We are here to help you. Whether you are experiencing a problem with a theme or if you just need to swap your theme from one phone to another, just submit a ticket! It's as simple as that. After you submit a ticket, a friendly staff member will contact you to follow up on your issue.

Please be sure to include the name of the theme you are having an issue with. Tickets without a theme name in the subject will carry a lower priority than those who do specify the theme name.

Please allow a 24-48 hour window for a reply to your email. Don't worry though, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
